1.WHEN SHOULD I START LOOKING FOR MY DRESS?
We recommend starting at least 10months -1 year prior to your wedding date. Don’t be tempted to start too early as you can end up becoming overwhelmed, always shop when you feel you are ready to find the one.

2.WHAT IF I HAVE A SHORT TIMEFRAME TO FIND A DRESS?

Firstly don’t panic! There are always options. A lot of our suppliers will have certain styles hanging in their warehouses ready for immediate shipping, or we always will have dresses available to buy and take home that day.

3.WHAT IS YOUR PRICE RANGE?
.
Our made to order dresses start at £800and go up to £2800. We try to cater to all budgets , please tell us if you are on a budget we are glad to help! There’s nothing more disheartening for you (us included), if you fall in love with a dress and its over what you want to pay. Our sample dresses start at £200 approx. so do not be afraid to ask.

4.HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

So by the time you have booked in you will have a vibe of what styles of dresses we stock. we will always ask you for screenshots of dresses you definitely want to try on to start with, then we will make suggestions. Sometimes we have been known to throw in a wildcard that has no hanger appeal and it’s the dress? Always trust your stylist and the process.

5.WHO SHOULD I BRING?

Bring your cheerleading squad- those who trust the most and of course who you need there to make your decision. You just never know when you will find the one. Ultimately though it’s your decision so we recommend not getting too many opinions.

6.WHAT SIZES ARE YOUR SAMPLE GOWNS?

We try our best to cater for all sizes so depending on the style and structure of the gown they range from a 10-24. Don’t worry if you think it will be too big or too small we can fix them on you to give you the best possible vision of how it’s going to look.

7.WHAT IS THE BEST UNDERWEAR TO WEAR TO MY APPOINTMENT?

We recommend skin coloured comfortable underwear. A lot of our dresses have built in bra cups, sometimes a strapless bra can work best with a lot of our gowns.

8.CAN I WEAR FAKE TAN OR MAKEUP AT MY APPOINTMENT?
.
We have invested heavily in our beautiful stock dresses and we do allow you to wear fake tan providing its been washed off at least twice. You are welcome to wear a little makeup if that helps you feel your best.

9.WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
.
Its not a well hidden secret that wedding dresses tend to be smaller fitting to your regular clothing. All of our dresses are made to order in standard sizing according to the designer of the dress you choose. Once you make your decision we take your measurements and order the dress closest to the size you need, again we will talk to you about this at the measurement stage.

10.DO YOU ALTER YOUR WEDDING DRESS IN STORE?
.
YES. We are one of the very few bridal shops who do! We have 2 instore skilled seamstresses who do all alterations to dresses ordered in. We then have a recommended dressmaker list for dresses purchased off the rack and for bridesmaid’s dresses. All alterations incur an extra charge and the price does vary between different dress styles and the amount of work required.

11.WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMEMT TERMS?

We ask for 50% of the total cost of the dress when you are placing your order so we can get your dress ordered and secure your delivery date.
All sample dresses purchased we ask for payment in full on the day.
